this is a great base to explore Crieff and Strathearn,  and only a hours drive away to Glasgow and Edinburgh , great area for walking, biking, golfing ,fishing,  shopping, and a local Glen turret distillery for whiskey  tasting, plenty of resurants and pubs with  in walking distance, or just relax in the hot tub all day and watch the deer and buzzards in the meadow with a glass of presseco
